If you are looking for a classic house vibe, but aren't one for the boring, repetitive beat, Klaus Veen is definitely where you should start. Raised in Laren, a small village in the Netherlands, Klaus Veen combines electronic sounds and samples to create tunes whose genres range from the eccentric garage-house fusion to funk. He is most well known for his musical contribution to the game "Lethal League" with his track "Ordinary Days", a funky song perfect for the setting of the game. My personal favorite song of his is the unnamed "14" track on his "Mini Xmas Pack-House Beats" album released during the 2015 holiday season. His Soundcloud is relatively active, and I always enjoy seeing a new tune on my feed, especially his annual holiday album, in which he releases a collective of songs he's composed through the year. Other favorites of mine include his remix of Bob Acri's "Sleep Away" and his own composition "Spacetale". "Sleep Away" combines the garage feel that Klaus has mastered with a classical piano piece, creating a beautiful, bouncing tune. Spacetale is a bit more downtempo than the former, almost giving the listener a vaporwave vibe, all while keeping the 4x4 beat.
